Asian Customer Due Diligence Specialist

We’re hiring an Asian Customer Due Diligence Specialist to join our client’s team in Gibraltar.

What you’ll do:

  • Conducting due diligence research, adverse checks and information analysis in accordance with established procedures.
  • Completing due diligence reports to a high standard, concisely outlining all of the relevant information located and known.
  • Navigating public databases and internal systems to identify and verify due diligence information.
  • Investigating and summarising customer documentation relating to source of funds and proof of wealth.
  • Identifying and escalating high-risk accounts at the earliest opportunity.
  • Preparing and conducting contacts with customers where further information surrounding their financial circumstances are obtained.
  • Assisting the Customer Due Diligence department in completing Mandarin translations and other ad-hoc tasks when required.

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in Gaming, Fraud, AML or Safer Gambling roles is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively analyse and summarise information.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures relating to Customer Due Diligence, Responsible Gambling and AML
