We’re hiring an Asian Customer Due Diligence Specialist to join our client’s team in Gibraltar.
What you’ll do:
- Conducting due diligence research, adverse checks and information analysis in accordance with established procedures.
- Completing due diligence reports to a high standard, concisely outlining all of the relevant information located and known.
- Navigating public databases and internal systems to identify and verify due diligence information.
- Investigating and summarising customer documentation relating to source of funds and proof of wealth.
- Identifying and escalating high-risk accounts at the earliest opportunity.
- Preparing and conducting contacts with customers where further information surrounding their financial circumstances are obtained.
- Assisting the Customer Due Diligence department in completing Mandarin translations and other ad-hoc tasks when required.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in Gaming, Fraud, AML or Safer Gambling roles is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to effectively analyse and summarise information.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures relating to Customer Due Diligence, Responsible Gambling and AML
