Client Operations Assistant

Working as part of a busy team on day-to-day portfolio/client management operations including placing trade orders with custodian banks, monitoring executions, liaison with custodian banks/clients to resolve queries, preparation of client documentation, preparation/collating of client reporting including portfolio valuations, management fee invoices and tax reporting documents, maintaining internal excel based records, deputisation of other team members.


  • Good general financial knowledge (trading, securities, products, markets, credits)
  • Experience in client operations (compliance, documentation, payments, trading)
