Customer Service Team Supervisor

We are hiring a Customer Service Team Supervisor to join our client’s team in Gibraltar.

What you’ll do:

  • Work on an 8-hour rotating shift basis, 5 shifts a week in the company’s customer service office
  • Training new customer service team members
  • Monitoring average call length and overall team volume
  • Listening to individual calls to ensure quality
  • Leading performance reviews for team members
  • Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members
  • Creating reports for the director
  • Suggesting new procedures to improve customer support
  • Resolving escalated customer issues
  • Motivating customer service team to meet goals

What you’ll need:

  • Preferably 2 years experience as a Customer Service Team Supervisor
  • Basic computer knowledge: MS Office (Word & Excel), Internet Browsing
  • Strong communication skills, Fluent in English – Spoken and Written.
  • Knowledge of poker/casino games is an advantage though not essential 
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented 
  • Can easily adapt to the environment and business models
