We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in Ceuta.
What you’ll do:
- Monitoring the performance of the different Marketing Channels ensuring
these deliver the targets - Bringing recommendations for campaigns performance optimization based on
data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests - Providing local taste to campaigns, bringing in the local knowledge of the
Spanish market, local target needs and interests - Briefing and providing data-driven decisions for creative development of
Landing Pages and Marketing Assets in the Spanish Market - Working with the central marketing team to design and manage the execution
of acquisition campaigns across digital channels (Facebook, Google, Paid
Social, Search, Display, Ad Networks, RTB) - Working closely with the Spanish Brand Activation Marketing Manager to
create aligned consumer communications across Off and Online channels to
ensure consistent brand messages, relevant to target and compliant with local
regulation - Diagnose and troubleshoot marketing tracking and attribution issues and
liaise with the various stakeholders to follow up for root cause resolutions.
What you’ll need:
- Degree in computer science, marketing, business administration or other studies related to digital marketing
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role, setting or overseeing Digital marketing campaigns (client or agency)
- Confident about how digital marketing channels operate and aware of data and tracking requirements.
- Good understanding of digital design and development process, from wireframing and mock-up design, to
development, QA and deployment. - Knowledge of CRO and analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics, Optimizely, Content Square, Optimize 360, and HotJar,
is considered a plus. - Based in Ceuta or willing to relocate
- Great capacity for autonomous problem solving. Highly organised by nature and proficient in multi-tasking;
- you see pressure as a challenge and work through problems in a logical manner, breaking down the complex
- into the achievable.
- Good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively and build collaboration streams with the different multi-geographic teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Native Spanish and fluent English required (also written)
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry preferred
