Finance Manager

We’re hiring a Finance Manager to join our client’s Gibraltar office.

What you will do:

  • Monitor the financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
  • Dealing with Customer queries, rental/Service charge income reconciliations.
  • Review of Management Accounts for multiple entities.
  • Review and approve monthly accruals, prepayments and other similar accounting entries
  • Payroll reconciliations
  • Loan covenant reporting
  • Assistance with preparation of Financial Statement to year end
  • Assist with tax returns and payroll Reconciliations
  • Manage and suggest improvements to the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems

What you will need:

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge. Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
  • Ideally a professional accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or international equivalent).
  • At least 5 – 8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis. Experience in a similar role desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of financial reporting and tools such as Sage, QuickBooks or other ERP System.
  • Fluency in written and oral English. Good level of Spanish also highly desirable.
