Food & Beverage COO

We are hiring a Food & Beverage COO to join our client’s team.

What you’ll need:

• Excellent customer service with an ability to recognise how to exceed expectations, excellent people skills, with the ability to motivate, lead and develop a team
• A passion and in-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage
• A genuine passion for hospitality with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be highly organised, numerate, proactive, and approachable.
• Previous reporting and budgeting experience in a similar role would be useful
• Experienced in recruiting, training, and managing a team

What you’ll do:

• Working closely with the Operations Manager and Head Chef to ensure food service & events are delivered to a very high standard
• Creating rotas each week to ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Understand and adhere to our HR Policies and procedures to ensure legislation is followed and staff wellbeing is at the centre of decision making
• Oversee the recruitment for the Food and Beverage department
• Organising the team day to day in our outlets to ensure an efficient and smooth dining service

Driving License & Own Transport Required
