We’re hiring an IT Support Engineer to join our client’s team in Gibraltar.
The right candidate will have a passion for technology, be motivated to improve their skill sets through learning and work well in a busy, dynamic environment. A minimum of two years’ experience in IT client support is required.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Support Team to install, maintain and support clients’ business technology systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve business technology system issues for clients
- Respond to general IT requests
- Repair/rectify hardware, software, networking and other issues
- Undertake relevant training when required
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Be presentable, polite and energetic
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to communicate well with both team members and clients
- Work well both autonomously and as part of the team
- Be able to manage priorities, time and workload effectively and efficiently
- Be willing to work outside of office hours on occasion
- Take pride in producing high-quality work
- Be willing to undertake relevant training and certification
The following are not required but would be beneficial:
Experience working with Microsoft 365
Any relevant qualifications
Clear spoken and written English and Spanish
Full driving licence
