We’re hiring a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join the oldest and most established IT company in Gibraltar.
What you’ll do:
- Work with the support team to install, maintain and support clients’ business technology systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve business technology system issues for clients.
- Respond to general IT requests.
- Repair/rectify hardware, software, networking and other issues.
- Undertake relevant training when required.
What you’ll need:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in IT client support is required.
- Be presentable, polite and energetic.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to communicate well with both team members and clients.
- Work well both autonomously and as part of the team.
- Be able to manage priorities, time and workload effectively and efficiently.
- Be willing to work outside of office hours on occasion.
- Take pride in producing high quality work.
- Be willing to undertake relevant training and certification.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365/server break/fix.
- Networking experience/qualifications (prefer to include Unifi/Ubiquiti/Meraki)
- Clear spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Full driving licence.
