IT Support Engineer

We’re hiring an IT Support Engineer to join our client’s team in Gibraltar.

The right candidate will have a passion for technology, be motivated to improve their skill sets through learning and work well in a busy, dynamic environment. A minimum of two years’ experience in IT client support is required.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Support Team to install, maintain and support clients’ business technology systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve business technology system issues for clients
  • Respond to general IT requests
  • Repair/rectify hardware, software, networking and other issues
  • Undertake relevant training when required

  • Be presentable, polite and energetic
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to communicate well with both team members and clients
  • Work well both autonomously and as part of the team
  • Be able to manage priorities, time and workload effectively and efficiently
  • Be willing to work outside of office hours on occasion
  • Take pride in producing high-quality work
  • Be willing to undertake relevant training and certification

The following are not required but would be beneficial:

Experience working with Microsoft 365

Any relevant qualifications

Clear spoken and written English and Spanish

Full driving licence
