3rd Line IT Support Engineer

We’re hiring a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join the oldest and most established IT company in Gibraltar.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the support team to install, maintain and support clients’ business technology systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve business technology system issues for clients.
  • Respond to general IT requests.
  • Repair/rectify hardware, software, networking and other issues.
  • Undertake relevant training when required.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in IT client support is required.
  • Be presentable, polite and energetic.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to communicate well with both team members and clients.
  • Work well both autonomously and as part of the team.
  • Be able to manage priorities, time and workload effectively and efficiently.
  • Be willing to work outside of office hours on occasion.
  • Take pride in producing high quality work.
  • Be willing to undertake relevant training and certification.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365/server break/fix.
  • Networking experience/qualifications (prefer to include Unifi/Ubiquiti/Meraki)
  • Clear spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Full driving licence.
