IT Technician

Our Asset Management client is looking for an inhouse IT technician to join their team.

The ideal candidate for this position will have worked within an IT Helpdesk position and/or technical support role.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • First point of contact to employees seeking technical assistance, face to face or over the phone
    Incidence response
  • Install test and configure new workstations (equipment and software)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Experience in provisioning and setting up Computer devices
  • Monitoring Security and remote access’s
  • Support in procedural documentation and reports

Required skills and experience

  • Good understanding of computer systems
  • Good understanding of MS365 products
  • Good understanding of Cyber Security
  • Flexible approach to work with different task and software’s
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Flexible approach to work with different task and software’s
  • Professional approach to confidentiality
