We are hiring a Junior Company Administrator to join our client’s team in Gibraltar.
What you’ll do:
- To provide general clerical/admin support across the team e.g. photocopying, filing, emailing, telephone calls etc
- To undertake routine administration tasks
- To sort and distribute mail as directed
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience as a Junior Company Administrator or similar role
- Good practical experience with MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team
