Junior Company Administrator

We are hiring a Junior Company Administrator to join our client’s team in Gibraltar.

What you’ll do:

  • To provide general clerical/admin support across the team e.g. photocopying, filing, emailing, telephone calls etc
  • To undertake routine administration tasks
  • To sort and distribute mail as directed

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience as a Junior Company Administrator or similar role
  • Good practical experience with MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team
