Receptionist / Facilities Officer

We are hiring a Receptionist to join our Client’s Facilities Management Team.

What you’ll do:

  • Manning the reception desk – greeting and welcoming clients, providing refreshments
  • Manning the main phone line
  • Managing meeting room requests
  • Daily delivery of mail, collection of newspapers, couriers
  • Supporting and processing travel arrangements for local employees and
  • Supporting with client events internal and external
  • Dealing with premises maintenance matters and suppliers; incl
  • General administrative tasks
  • Monthly premises incident reporting
  • Archive management

What you need:

  • At least 5 GCSEs to include English and Mathematics
  • Must have driving license
  • Language skills: English and Spanish (desirable)
  • Minute taking experience
