We are hiring a Receptionist to join our Client’s Facilities Management Team.
What you’ll do:
- Manning the reception desk – greeting and welcoming clients, providing refreshments
- Manning the main phone line
- Managing meeting room requests
- Daily delivery of mail, collection of newspapers, couriers
- Supporting and processing travel arrangements for local employees and
visitors - Supporting with client events internal and external
- Dealing with premises maintenance matters and suppliers; incl
stationary - General administrative tasks
- Monthly premises incident reporting
- Archive management
What you need:
- At least 5 GCSEs to include English and Mathematics
- Must have driving license
- Language skills: English and Spanish (desirable)
- Minute taking experience
