Social Media Assistant

We are hiring a Social Media Assistant to join our team.

The purpose of this position will be to support the social media team with all admin needs, research updates, one-sheets, logistics, community management and influencer needs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, team player, detail-oriented and reliable when it comes to interacting and coordinating with our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with all social media department logistics such as platform scheduling, content calendar reviews, and posting support.
  • Assist in content creation
  • Assist the Social Analyst to gather data and develop reports on social content and campaign performance
  • Support competitive research for applicable trends and ideas within recruitment, training, tech and social/digital marketing industries.

What you’ll need:

  • Social Media experience preferred, for a brand or for personal
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
  • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, and ability to juggle priorities.
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and meet very tight deadlines
  • Ability to adhere to notes and see projects through to the end
  • Proficient in: MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, WordPress
