We’re hiring a VIP Operations Director to join our client’s team in Gibraltar.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement plans and objectives for the department in an
effective and innovative fashion - Develop strategies to improve engagement and manage programs to foster
them - Oversee and coordinate daily operations
- Maintain compliance with external regulations and internal policies
- Assess and report progress in meeting department objectives
- See to department staffing needs (e.g. interviewing, hiring, new hire and
ongoing training, annual evaluations, etc.) - Participate in budget development and monitoring of expenses (including
events, personnel and staff recognitions) - Oversee events and conferences as needed
- Generate necessary reports for the executive team; read subordinates’ reports
- Ensure NRC targets are achieved, reviewable yearly based on growth
forecasting (approx 50% of gross yearly revenues) - Manage and be responsible for High Value Member and Arabic Support teams.
What you’ll need:
- Significant work experience as a Department Director or similar position
- Experience and working knowledge of a VIP/Customer Service sector
- Highly analytical and organized approach to everyday work
- Ability to prioritize and deliver work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Candidate will work independently and use his/her own initiative
- Must promote the interests and welfare of the Company at all times
- Strong working knowledge of performance and operations management
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relational databases and software (e.g. ERP)
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator
- Have the ability to motivate, develop and drive the team to meet challenging targets.
