Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your E-Learning course must be unused and/or you must be unable to attend the workshop.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you we have received and inspected your return request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain 5 working days of our decision.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only exchange courses if they are unused and you need to exchange it for the same type course or same cost course, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange.
