1. Understand HR and Payroll terminology and Gibraltar specific requirements including what document to retain and information to keep.
2. Be able to calculate, administer and record payroll.
3. Understand the importance of confidentiality and best practice HR in HR and payroll administration.

1. Effective, clear and concise HR Administration processes and procedures.
2. Accurate processing of Payroll and associated accounting.
3. Compliance with legislative HR and Payroll submissions.

This course is designed as a basic introductory level, there are no prior learning requirements. 

The course is delivered in English and as such a fluent understanding of English oral and written is required.

The course costs £250 per person for a 1/2 day online session 09:30 - 12:30.
