HR Audit

What will be done:

• The full employee lifecycle will be reviewed at each stage (Employer Brand, Attraction, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Retention, Career Development/Training, Offboarding).
• HR Administration (Processes and procedures, policy review, contract review, job descriptions, administration templates, ETB documents, Employee files,.
• Employee feedback sessions (meeting with each employee to discuss how they feel, their opinion of current HR, what they expect to see and a general catch with them about their role and if they feel that their responsibilities are clearly defined).
• Training and Development review (TNAs, booking, scheduling, feedback, accredited training and memberships, training costs vs budget, training database).
• HR budgets and costs.
• Payroll audit of current process and procedure.
